Versatile Building Products 5205 is a propriatary formula that is designed for speed. 5205 has a potlife up to 60 minutes in real world conditions yet it dries in 30 minutes or less after it is applied to concrete. 5205 will provide an extremely wet look to the concrte due to its ability to dive deep into the concrete surface. Use 5205 as a concrete primer before applying the 5073 Polyurea clear Topcoat when coating over plain or decorative concrete. When used with 5073 a high gloss high build floor finsih can be accomplished within hours not days. 5073 can is usually dry in 2 hours and can be walked on soon after that or driven on the next day.Also, both the 5205 and the 5073 are non yellowing material so use over exterior surfaces will not be a problem |
| 5073 Solids Polyurea |
5073 is formulated using the same technology as the 5000. We have reduced the viscosity down to levels comparable to a high solids CRU. The benefits 5073 has over the 5000 is that it is easier to install, has more pot life, cures to a hard film faster and is suitable for exterior exposure without yellowing. The only draw back is that 5073 is considered combustible and its use should be restricted to well ventilated areas. Use 5073 when you need a faster turn around time. |
